BILLABONG EXPANDS ITS RETAIL FOOTPRINT WITH A NEW CONCEPT

BALI, INDONESIA - Leading Australian surf brand, Billabong, is pleased to announce its partnership with CV. Mitra Retail Indonesia with its latest retail expansion into Sanur.

 

Located on the main road of Jalan Danau Tamblingan, the new store spans 90m2 in floor space and is designed to inspire and also highlight the vernacular of surf. The interior sees a combination of clean wooden panels and white

brick walls, accented by Billabong’s award-winning men’s and women’s marketing campaigns - #LifesBetterinBoardshorts and #ABikiniKindaLife. Further adding to the identity of the space is the iconic Billabong branding wall, which features significant moments from the brand’s past and present since 1973.

 

“Sanur has been on our radar for some time now, so it made sense for us to partner with an experienced operator in CV. Mitra Retail Indonesia, who secured the perfect location for us to unveil our brand new mono store design. Sanur has had a long reputation as being the sleepy side of Bali, but the turnout of excited customers on day one, both locals and tourists, certainly proved that times are changing”, says Chris Slattery, Business Development Manager, at PT. This retail concept is aligned to the latest visual identity for all Billabong concepts globally, and will provide an extensive range of Billabong’s latest collections for Men’s, and Women’s. Customers will also be able to opt in to the exclusive Billabong TEAM Membership programme, which entitles members to a variety of perks across all participating concept stores in Asia and the Middle East.

 

In celebration of the store’s opening week, Billabong is giving away a towel with any purchase over Rp 1.000.000.

 

Billabong Sanur is located at Jalan Danu Tamblingan 59, Denpasar, Bali, and is open from 09am – 10pm daily.
